    I thought POST-UTME has been abolished.

      The post-UTME as it used to be, that is conducting another exam for candidates by schools has been abolished (though some private universities still does that) but you will still have to go through screening in your school of choice to be qualified for admission. The screening now majorly involves the verification of your results and documents.
