JAMB 2022 Candidates Must Upload Results To be Considered for Admission

JAMB has stated emphatically that all 2022 JAMB Candidates will be considered for admission provided they are able to upload their O’level results on the JAMB website before their institutions of choice will consider them for admission. JAMB will have to go through the records of the O’level of candidates before admission can be offered. This means candidates who fail to upload their results will not be recommended or considered for admission by JAMB in any of the institutions (Universities, Polytechnics Colleges of Education etc).

This is to ensure that only qualified and eligible candidates are offered admission. This is because JAMB has discovered in previous years many candidates who were offered admission end up not meeting the requirements for admission to courses and institutions they chose. Also, candidates who used awaiting results during JAMB are to ensure they upload their results immediately after the results have been released as they will only be considered for admission after they have uploaded their results.

All candidates whether or not they used awaiting results are advised to ensure they check their portal again to confirm their O’level result is still intact on the JAMB portal. If you are in doubt concerning whether or not your O’level result is still intact on the JAMB portal, you are advised to re-upload the result.

So the bottom line is this; as long as 2022 admission is concerned, JAMB will only consider candidates who upload their results during registration and awaiting result candidates who are able to upload their results before the admission deadline.

All prospective JAMB candidates are advised to ensure their O’level results are uploaded on the JAMB website before the admission deadline of their various schools in order to be considered or recommended for admission.
