JAMB Fixes Date For Mop-Up Exam, 12,000 UTME Candidates to Participate

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has disclosed that it has fixed May 26, 2018 for mop-up exam for over 12,000 candidates across the country.

This was disclosed by the Board’s Head of Media, Fabian Benjamin. According to Mr Benjamin, more than 12,000 candidates are expected to sit for the mop up examinations in few of its centres across the country.

The candidates that will participate in the mop-up exam are those whose biometrics were not captured during the initial period of the UTME in March.

It would also include those, who are yet to see their results since the end of the examinations in March till date and have not been involved in any form of malpractice as well as those who were unable to print out their e-slip before the earlier examinations and those whose centres were cancelled for suspected malpractices.’

He equally stated that those, who were involved and caught in illicit acts and centres where a case of malpractice has been established against them would not partake in the rescheduled examinations.

JAMB had earlier sent email and SMS notifications to candidates who are qualified for the exam.

Qualified candidates for the mop-up exam are advised to start printing their exam slip from Monday, May 21.

If you are not sure whether or not you are qualified for the rescheduled exam, you can proceed to print your e-slip. If you are qualified, you will be able to print the e-slip showing your exam details.

    Please hw about our mop up result 2020,is not yet out
    Pls are they going to release our results or we should forget about it??
