The Ekiti State University, EKSU 1st semester examination 2016/2017 academic session has been postponed.

This followed the plea by students of the university that the management should postpone the first semester examination in order to complete their course registration for 2016/2017 academic session and prepare well for the examination.

The management has decided that the examination which was earlier scheduled to begin on February, 27th, 2017 will now begin March 6th, 2017.

The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Samuel Oye Bandele advised the students to use the period of time given to complete all necessary registration as there will be no further extension on the date or postponement of the examination.

Reacting to this, Mr. David Aridiogo, president of the Students Union commended the management for the decision and express appreciation over the fatherly role played by the Vice Chancellor in considering their plea.
