OAU Boycotts Planned ASUU Strike, To Go Ahead With Scheduled Semester Exam

The management of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) amidst the planned warning strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities disclosed that it will still go ahead of the schedule Harmattan semester examination for 2015/2016 session regardless of the strike.
This was contained in a notice released on Monday 14th, November 2016.
It will be recalled that the planned ASUU strike was expected to cripple all forms of academic activities including the conduct of examinations.
But from all indications the management of OAU has already dissociated it self from the planned strike.
Staff and students have therefore been enjoined to attend to the examination as scheduled.
