This is to inform all candidates who applied for admission into the University of Abuja for the 2025/2026 academic session either through UTME or Direct Entry (DE) that the Post-UTME screening registration will commence from Thursday, 14 August 2025 – Friday, 5 September 2025.
NOTE:
Applicants who fail to register for this screening exercise will not be eligible for admission.
ELIGIBILITY
1. UTME applicants must score a minimum of 180 in UTME and meet the cut-off mark for their chosen programme.
2. Must have at least 5 credits including Mathematics and English in not more than two sittings.
3. Must upload their O’Level results on the JAMB portal*.
4. Direct Entry applicants must have NCE, IJMB, ND, First Degree, or HND
– Candidates with JUPEB or NABTEB ‘A’ Level NEED NOT apply.
5. All DE applicants MUST upload their A’Level results on the JAMB portal and get it verified.
6. All applicants must be at least 16 years old by Tuesday, 30 September 2025.
7. All applicants must ensure that their subject combination aligns with the requirements for the course they applied for.

2025/2026 PRE-ADMISSION SCREENING REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
1. Visit: https://portal.uniabuja.edu.ng, then click “click here to apply”
2. Click undergraduate link on the left panel
3. Enter your JAMB Registration Number and click on “get details”
4. Fill in basic info (ensure valid phone number and email)
5. Pay a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000 via:
– Generate RRR, proceed to make payment using any platform (bank, USSD, ATM, etc.)
– Enter OTP code sent to your email/phone and complete your payment
6. Click “login to dashboard” to complete your registration using JAMB Reg. No and surname
7. Print out the completed registration form and keep it safe
IMPORTANT NOTES
– Candidates changing from one course to another must do so via the JAMB Portal
– Admission racketeering is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be disqualified.
