UNIPORT Direct Entry Into Medicine, Dentistry New Admission Requirement

Candidates seeking University of Port-harcourt , Nigeria, UNIPORT Direct Entry admission into the the Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MB.BS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) programmes henceforth  must possess, at least, the Second Class Honours (Upper Division) degree in relevant Advanced Level subjects.

This decision was reached at the 429th Senate Meeting of the university.

The approval also stated that prospective candidates must be admitted into the Second Year to enable them take compulsory MBBS courses at that level.
