YSU Post-UTME Screening Form and Cut-off mark, 2022/2023

This is to notify all the prospective 2022/2023 UTME/DE candidates who applied for admission into Yobe State University and scored minimum Cut-off listed below that ONLINE REGISTRATION for Post-UTME/DE screening for 2022/2023 admission commences on 9th November and ends on 23rd November, 2022.

  • Candidates shall generate Remita and obtain RRR code.
  • Pay the sum of Two thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only through Remita and print the slip.
  • Register online through https:/ysu.edu.ng/putme

The institutional and departmental CUT-OFF marks for this session are as follows:

College of Medical Science

i. MBBS – 220

ii. Physiotherapy – 180

iii. Anatomy & Physiology – 150

Law – 180

Science

Biochemistry, Geology and Microbiology – 150

Computer Science – 160

All other courses – 140

NOTE: All candidates willing to participate in the screening must fulfil the following requirements.

i. Candidates must have chosen Yobe State University as their 1st choice and have scored the minimum required cut-off marks for the Departments they applied

ii. Candidates who have not met the required cut-off marks for the programmes they have chosen as their first choices but have the appropriate score to change to other relevant programmes must visit JAMB portal to do so.

iii. All awaiting A’ level and O’ level results not uploaded by candidates during UTME/DE registration must be uploaded to JAMB admission portal for consideration.

iv. Correct and accurate information must be supplied during the post UTME/DE online registration as false claims will render applications invalid while such claimants will be handed over to the appropriate authorities.
