KASU Part-time Undergraduate Degree Admission For 2025/2026 Session

Kaduna State University (KASU) has announced the commencement of its online application for admission into the College of Continuing Education Part-Time Degree Programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session. According to the Registrar, the application window is open from December 5th, 2025, and will close on January 19th, 2026.

The university outlined that degree programmes are available across the following faculties:

• Arts: Arabic, English, Hausa, Islamic Studies
• Management Sciences: Accounting, Business Administration
• Sciences: Computer Science, Geography
• Social Sciences: Criminology & Security Studies, Economics, International Relations, Political Science, Sociology

Admission Requirements

Prospective applicants must possess:

1. A minimum of five O’Level credit passes, including English and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.

2. Direct Entry candidates must have the required O’Level credits plus a minimum of an A-Level qualification such as NCE or Diploma for admission into 200 level.

3. Top-Up candidates must have O’Level requirements along with an HND or B.Sc. (with at least third class plus NYSC certificate) for admission into 400 level.

4. Applicants who graduated five years ago or more must present certificates rather than statements of results.

A processing fee of ₦10,000 applies to Nigerian applicants, while non-Nigerians are to pay $20.

Programme Duration

100 Level entrants: Minimum of 5 academic sessions

200 Level entrants: Minimum of 4 academic sessions

400 Level entrants: Minimum of 2 academic sessions

KASU emphasized that all admissions are provisional and subject to verification of original credentials during registration. Upon completion of their studies, graduates will be awarded B.Sc. or B.A. degrees.
