COOU revised academic calendar for 2019/2020 Session

The management of Chukwuemeka Ojukwu university has released a revised calendar for completion of the 2019/2020 academic session. Students are hereby informed that academic activities will run as stated below;

MARCH
13/3/2020 —– All students return for the second semester
20/3/2020 – 21/3/2020 —- Convocation ceremonies
23/3/2020 —– COVID19 pandemic Break

AUGUST
14/7/2020 —– End of COVID19 pandemic Break
17/7/2020 —–  100L students return to school for the outstanding first-semester examination
20/7/2020 —— commencement of 100L first semester examination

SEPTEMBER
7/9/2020 —– End of 100L students First-semester examination
21/9/2020 —— Lectures begin for all Final year students for the commencement of 2019/2020 second semester

OCTOBER
5/10/2020 —- other students return and begin lectures for the second semester

9/10/2020 —- congregation meeting

28/10/2020 —- Senate meeting

NOVEMBER
11/11/2020 —- University-wide prayers in all campuses

16/11/2020 – 20/11/2020 —– University-wide Quiz for students

25/11/2020 —- Senate meeting

DECEMBER
10/12/2020 – 12/12/2020 —– Students Union week

18/12/2020 —- University-wide Christmas service at Igbariam campus

23/12/2020 —– Christmas/new year Break

JANUARY
4/1/2021 —— students return and lectures continue for all students

11/1/2021 – 15/1/2021 —— Revision week

18/1/2021 – 1/2/2021 ——- second-semester examination for all students

FEBRUARY
17/2/2021 —– Special Senate meeting for consideration of Final year Results

2020/2021 Session
8/2/2021 —– Old and new students return and commence online registration for the 2020/2021 session
