NYSC 2016 Prospective Batch B Corps Members To Be Deployed In Two Streams

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has disclosed that it has put all that is needed in place towards ensuring that all 2016 Batch B mobilized corps members are deployed for the one year national youth service.

This was disclosed by Brig-Gen. Sule Kazaure, the Director General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) during a media chat with newsmen.

He mentioned that due to shortage of resources the Scheme has requested for a special grant from the federal government to enable it deploy all qualified 2016 prospective Batch B Corps Members.

He however stated that due to the limited capacity of existing orientation camps, the batch B, 2016 prospective Corps Members will now be split into two streams (I and II) .

The Stream 1 will commence orientation course by November 24th, 2016 while stream II will commence orientation course by January 2017 (No exact date given yet) .
