With the reduction of cut-off mark to 120 last year for universities and 100 for polytechnics and Colleges of education, many candidates who have lost hope of gaining admission now have their hopes rekindled.
This means that with a low JAMB score, candidates can still gain admission. Interestingly, many Federal and State universities that have released their Post-UTME admission screening forms have actually reduced their cut-off marks from what it was in previous years.
The purpose of this post is to make it easier for candidates with low JAMB scores to be able to know universities that can accept them for Post-UTME screening exercise.
This list will comprise just federal and state universities. Most private universities, Polytechnics and Colleges of Education have cut-off marks below 150.
At the moment, below is the list of universities that accept low JAMB scores for Post-UTME screening exercise.
IMPORTANT: It is advisable you do a JAMB change of institution to any of these schools you wish to apply to in order to stand a good chance of getting admitted. JAMB will announce Change of Course/Institution at the right time.
