The National Examination Council (NECO) has made resit plans for candidates who were unable to take part in the June/July SSCE for school candidates in some states. This was contained in a letter sent to the Commissioner of Education, Ekiti State.
According to the letter, the Council has considered the plight of the students affected and has graciously offered them the opportunity to sit for those papers missed during the forthcoming 2020 SSCE External scheduled from Monday 1st February 2021 to Wednesday 3rd March 2021. This opportunity will be at no extra cost to the students or states affected.
The letter reads, “Please recall that the ENDSARS Protests led to the State Government’s closure of schools in your state, This disrupted the 2020 NECO SSCE in some subjects in your state and subsequently, some students were unable to sit for these subjects
2. The Council considered the plight of the students affected and has graciously offered them the opportunity to sit for those papers missed during the forthcoming 2020 SSCE External scheduled from Monday 1st February 2021 to Wednesday 3rd March 2021. This opportunity will be at no extra cost to the students or states affected.
3. The Council will subsequently make available the time table and specific arrangements for the examination for those students affected in your state through the state officers.
4 You are kindly requested to bring this information to the schools and students affected in your state.”

It is a hard copy which will be scanned and uploaded online. If the registration centre has photo capturing device attached to their computer, you can equally use that.
