Upload 2017 WAEC/NECO To JAMB Portal – See Steps

It will be recalled that JAMB earlier directed that candidates who registered for 2017 UTME should ensure they upload their O’level results before the end of October or they will end up losing their admission.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: The Uploading of O’level Results is now for all candidates and not only Awaiting Result candidates.

We have confirmed that the process has begun. Candidates who applied for 2017 UTME using awaiting result can now upload their WAEC/NECO Results on JAMB Portal.

At the moment, many of such candidates have been able to upload their results on JAMB portal.

If you are among those that registered for JAMB this year, you are advised to visit any JAMB accredited centre or JAMB office to upload your WAEC/NECO results.

To make it easier, check out the steps below;

Steps To Upload To WAEC/NECO Result On JAMB Portal

1. Visit an accredited JAMB CBT centre or JAMB office

2. Ensure You go with a copy of your O’level result (WAEC/NECO) as well as the email address associated with your JAMB profile.

3. Once you get to the CBT centre or JAMB office, request for an upload of your O’level result on JAMB Portal.

Note: This will attract a fee of N500 or there about.

    • I really do not get you clearly. However, if you are seeking admission in 2017 and you have 2012 O’level result. Yes you can still use it for admission and you can upload two results assuming you have two.

  13. Pls i uploaded mine before registering my POST UTME,will i still do it again plss

    • Ask whoever helped you with the upload to show you the details on JAMB portal. Or try uploading it again, the system will tell you that your details are already on JAMB portal.

  16. Is this information for only 2017 waec candidates or for all (I wrote in 2013)

  17. I went to a jamb accredited cbt center today to reupload but i was told that i’ve already uploaded and nothing can be done.. I also went to jamb office the same thing.. I thought jamb gave us the chance to re-upload

  18. Sir what of if someone made 5credit but have D7 in mathematics can I use it for the jamb uploading
Because i letter took another sitting for waec but it is withheld so i have no uption than to use last year own for my uploading. Are my doing it right

    • It all depends. You can go ahead to upload the one you have but if mathematics is needed for the course your are going for, just pray the withheld result is released (assuming you will make mathematics) before the conclusion of admission. If not you do not stand a chance of securing admission.

  19. is it a must that will should login with our username or password or just our email address

  20. Chinonso Nehemiah

Thanks. This is a nice info.

  21. What of the that wrote Neco and the results is yet to be out, is there no chance for them any longer?

    • I believe JAMB will make room for you guys to upload your. However, if that does not happen, you can still upload your result to your schools portal during screening registration or submit it during physical screening.

      • Thanks for the information. But jamb said no admission for those that use awaiting results. I have four 4c credit and D in my mathematics to complete my o’level and am still waiting for my neco. what should I do. should I upload what I have or wait for my neco
